OPERATION PYTHON DANCE INSOUTHEAST AS FAYOSE REACT
Ayodele fayose Governor of Ekiti state has cndemned the
ongoing Operation Python Dance being carried out by army.
There has been tension in the region over the operation with several clashes between soldiers and members of the indigenous people of Biafra IPOB.
The governor in a series tweet said the government should have allowed governors in the south east to address the issue with Nnamdi Kanu imstead of deploying soldiers to the region.
He noted that if governor were allowed to resolved the Arewa youths threat that the igbos should leave the north why not allowed the same thing to happen to IPOB members.
