EX NNPC BOSS YAKUBU REMINDED IN KUJE PRISON

The ex-NNPC boss Yakubu was reminded on Thursday  pending on his bail application which would be delivered on march 21.

                                                                                                                                                                        Justice Ahmed Mohammed gave the order of remand after the ex-NNPC boss was arraigned and his bail application argued on Thursday    
                                                                                                                                                                      Yakubu pleaded not guilty to the six charges referred against him by the Economic and Financial Crime commission on march 10.
                                                                                                                                                                          The charges were on fraud and false declaration of asset against him.The charges were in relation to the money recovered from his house in kaduna on February 3.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Efcc stormed the building belonging to the former nnpc boss and recovered the sum $9.7m and #74.000
