A SEAT BELT LAW FOR DOGS IN MAINE

A law maker proposed a bill that require dogs to be harnessed in moving vehicles.A representatives Jim Handy with drew the bill he had sponsored which was soberly titled ''An Act concerning the transporting of dogs in passenger vehicles.''Handy said the constituent who had suggested it had changed his mind.
