NORTH KOREA FIRE MISSILE TO RUSSIA SEA

North Korea defying calls to reins in its weapons programme,fire
a ballistic missile that landed in the sea near Russia on Sunday.
                                         

                                                                                                                             The U.S military' pacific command said it was assessing the type of missile that was fire but it was ''not consistent with an intercontinental ballistic missile''.The U.S.threat assessment has not change from a national security stand point.U.S.official said.
