Ogun,Lagos And Abuja Shut Down ByBuhari

 The President Of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari on Sunda has ordered the shut down  of   Ogun,Lagos and the Federal Capital Territory for fourteen days over coronavirus,(14 days).The president made this known when he was addressing the nation on sunday evening.

He said “ on the advice of the Federal Ministry of Health and  NCDC, I am directing the cessation of movements in Lagos and the FCT for a period of 14 days with effect from 11pm on Monday, 30th March 2020.

“The restriction will also apply to Ogun State due to its close proximity to Lagos and the high traffic between lagos and ogun States

The president  ordered the payment of two-month conditional cash transfers to those considered the most vulnerable in society.

He also said those in internally displaced persons (IDP) camps will be provided  two months of food.
