                                                            The Delta State police command said its operatives had Monday killed a notorious suspected armed robber called ''Tompolo''.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         The state police public relations officers Andrew Aniamaka confirmed the death of the suspected robber that three of his accomplices escaped with bullet wounds.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      He said police detectives from Enerhen division in Uvwie local government area foiled a robbery attack following a distress called which lead to a gun duel,killed Tompolo.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Item recovered from the suspect include a cut size locally made pistol and some round ammunition.
